Aloha all... hope this finds you well on this Aloha Friday! Today, I have a Little Scraps of Heaven Designs project to share with you. I decorated my Hershey Kisses container using this week's freebie file from LSHD. You can download the freebie here. Get it now, because next week, she will have another cut file to share, and this one will go into the need to buy bin. :) Here are pics of my project. I created the title myself, and am sharing the cut file with y'all!! You can download the "Hogs & Kisses" SVG cut here!!
If you would like to know how I drew my eyelashes for this project, I have a video that I made here, that you can watch.
Although this container is filled with kisses for my entire family, I have it sitting at my desk. It is filled with Macadamia Kisses, that is why the kisses are teal colored. :)
Oh! This weekend is a busy weekend. I have my Stampin' Up! card class this weekend, and am looking forward in creating with my crafty sisters. Here are all the kits I cut... I'm glad that I was able to think up easy to create cards and praying that the weather will be nice, and that the ladies will have a great time.
Thanks for stopping by!!
Aloha, Jen

Freebie Friday: Cricut Mouse Candy Cane Critter
Happy Aloha Friday!!!! I have a FREEBIE for ya Cricut owners.... Sorry, no PDF format, because I am pretty sure you can find that somewhere online. About 2 years ago, I received this cute idea from my crafty sister, Rita, when she sent me 1 in the mail. She gave me an idea to have it cut on my Cricut, and not have to cut with scissors!! I made it last year, but somehow, I totally forgot to post, and share with ya'll!!! It was too late to post it for candy cane use!! :) But this year... I am happy to post this early enough so that ya'll have enough time to create with it and send to all your friends and kiddies. Add a ribbon to the candy cane, and it makes it ever so adorable!!
**Please Note: You need the "George Basic Shapes" cartridge in order to cut this file.**
Thanks for peeking in... have a blessed weekend!

Freebie Friday: Free "Much Mahalo" Digi Sentiment
Happy Aloha Freebie Friday Friends!!! Aren't you all glad that the weekend is finally here? I feel like the days are flying by, let alone the year is almost coming to an end. I just heard from my niece that she is already 3cm dilated, and could be making me a grand aunty as early as next week. Woooo Hooooo!!! I'm so excited, I can't wait, but I can, know what I mean???
Well, first I have to let you know that for those of you that love
For this card, I really didn't want to dig through my sentiment stamps, and look for one that
Back to my card.... the sentiment that I created is "Much Mahalo!". Which basically means, "Thank You, Very Much!". You can download this sentiment and print on your computer to use at your free will. My image was colored with Copic Markers. I love the colors that I decided to work with. The image was actually one I've colored awhile ago. I learned this tip from Maria.... she colors images when she watches TV (movie night). Well, a couple of times, my
hubby takes me n' my boys to the driving range. While they are hitting balls, I am coloring images. So thanks for the tip, Maria!! I used my Nesties to cut out the circle and scallop circle around the sentiment. I added some sticklez for shimmer on the fairy's wings and flowers.Thank You all that had commented yesterday, with your well wishes on my root canal, and the suggestions I received on what to give my dentist office was awesome. I received emails as well, and got to chat with some of you that I've haven't chatted with in a long time. Thanks to you for taking out time of your busy day to spend with me.
Yesterday was a house fixer upper day for me. I changed out the water hose on my son's bathroom sink, because there was a leak in it, and picked up some rat traps. Those rats are visiting again. I also purchased this storage bin, that I had to assemble so that we can place our forever all of the place shoes in. It looks neat now. But I think I have to get me another, because I still have a bunch of shoes without a home. Doing the sink wasn't so bad either. I'm glad it wasn't too hard to do.

Hey Gang! Sorry I didn't post after the previous post. I had vertigo for 2 days, and oh my, it
wasn't good! Talk about spiritual warfare!! But I am back on my feet again. I am helping my girlfriend launch her blog, which I will announce when it is launched, and direct you to her site. But I have been missing creating and posting on here, so I want to get back into the swing of things. Please bare with me. Thank you for your patience!!!
Today is Freebie Friday! The Owl Card that I created for my September Craftin' Fun Day included a tree branch that the owl stood on. The tree branch was made using a tree branch and leaves from the Cindy Loo cartridge. I created it using the Design Studio, and have both the DS and GYPSY cuts available. I also mentioned that the Owl was from the "Create a Critter" cartridge, but I was wrong. It was actually from the "Hoot n' Holler" Cricutlite cartridge. So, sorry for the confusion.
I hope you enjoy this cut!! Have an awesome weekend in the Lord!!

Aloha All!! It's Scrappin' Saturday, and I'm offering up the layout page for you as a freebie as well. Here is the layout that I followed:

I learned something new today!! I learned how to create a scallop edged page for my digi paper. I am amazed at all the wonderful techniques there is out there for digital scrapbooking. So much fun to learn. If you would like to know how to make scallop edged digi paper for your digi scrapping, then click here to read how to do it.
Here is my page outcome:

I used Mindy Terasawa's elements again. Love her stuff!!! Esp the cute boy stuffs. If you would like to use this same page layout, I have made it available for you to use, and you can download it here. There is only 1 photo slot though, it's the one with the choo-choo. I wanted to add more elements, such as buttons and brads, but my lil' one is buggin' me to take him outside to play. So, off I go!!
Tah-Tah!! Hugs Jen

Stuffs About Today:
Pick lenny up here
Well, I have had a rough week this week. The ending of last week, I caught a cold, together with my lil' one. But with the pulling of my molar last week, I think I got hit worse with the cold, because my immune system was lower than his. Anyways, in one swift moment, I was flat on my back - sore throat, coughing, sneezing, snorting, stuffy, ugh, headaches n' pain, especially in the head, jaw, mouth! Oh gosh!! But thank heavens, I survived. Today, I finally felt good enough to color and create for today's theme - Freebie Friday. I really enjoyed creating this project, because as I created this project, my Cy-Cy sat next to me watching "Curious George 2" on my computer. It was nice to have his company next to me while I worked on my card. I really like how this card turned out. The sentiment was so perfect as well. I am planning on making a bunch of projects to donate to my church for them to sell at the store. All proceeds will go towards any ministry that they'd feel fit. So I will be creating with a lot more scriptures for sentiments in my upcoming projects. Can't wait, I have been wanting to do this for a very long time now, but have always been putting it off. I think that I just have to go for it, and it'll find it's way into my schedule, right??
For my project, I colored the image with Copic Markers. I also colored another image of Lenny the Lion, just of his mouth section, and then cut it out, placing it right on top of the section of another image of him, and using foam tape to cause a dimensional look on the card. I took pictures from several angles, so that hopefully you could see what I mean by adding dimension to the card. Flowers I used are from All Natural Accents, which is still sold @ Little C's. I have a bunch, so please check it out and help me get rid of my stock of flowers!! I embossed the cardstock, and used decorative scissors to cut the edges of the layers I wanted to cut. Ribbon is recycled, and so pretty!! Thank you Wendy for blessing us with this adorable image. It's oh-soooo-very-cute!!!

Freebie Friday: TGF Quickpage - 1 Photo

Hope you're having a glorious day today! It's Aloha Friday n' a Freebie is here for you. I used a digital image stamp from The Greeting Farm, and Digi Scrapped Elements by Mindy Terasawa. Photo that I used is of Rina's daughter. My tooth pulling of the Molar yesterday went well. I survived! Thank you all that had prayed for me, and those that sent me well wishes. I have 2 Wisdom teeth on the bottom that still needs to come out. Not looking forward to those, since they are under the gum. Anyways, have a blessed Aloha Friday today, and a super fun weekend!!

Hi everyone! Ali here :) How cute is this freebie Jen has blessed us with?! So quick and easy to use too! After it downloaded I opted to open it up with PSE which made it even easier to manipulate. The alpha, tag and flowers are from a free Atomic Cupcake kit I received a really long time ago.
