Birthday Rolodex: April - June

Aloha!! Sharing more of my Birthday Rolodex again. 3 months that I am sharing this time are April, May & June. 

What do you think? Die Cut Clipart are from Doodle Bug Designs, and months have  been cut out on my electronic cutting machine. Someone said that the "May" should be in a darker color. Maybe I'll make it in purple instead? Most die cuts again are from Queen & Co. So happy I'm getting these done.

Birthday Rolodex: Jan-Mar

Howdy Friends!!!  

Happy 2nd Day of 2022!! I've been working on a Birthday Rolodex Calendar. I had this in process for many months now, and I finally convinced myself that I really should finish it and use it this time. LOL!! I hope I finish it before the 1st birthday that is on my calendar. I'll be posting them 3 months at a time, so here are January to March. 

Most of the die cuts on here are from Queen n' Company. The month's is an SVG file from Miss Kate Kuttables, which I cut 3 times each on my Sky Cutting Machine (electric die cutter, similar to the Cricut), and adhered them together to make them thicker n' pop out on the file. Clip Art Dies are from Doodle Bug Designs, and DSP are from my collection... I know some of them are also from Q&Co. A lot of piecing together, and use of glue. Which I found relaxing and fun to do.

Homemade Address & Birthday Book

Hey There!!! Sorry for not keeping up and posting my projects here. I know you have been waiting to see what I have been up to! I post regularly to Facebook and IG, but I always forget about blogging. You know what? Because, when I blog, I feel like I gotta write a love story! LOL!!! But I shouldn't need to, right?! I'll just get down to my project and explain how it was done. 

Today I am sharing with you this adorable Address & Birthday Book I created. I use DSP and the rings from "The Happy Planner". They have a variety of colors to chose from, and I purchased the punch (which I am SO THRILLED) that I did, because I can create practically ANYTHING I want, as long as I have the rings and the punch!!! 

So I created this book, because the book I have, I've had for nearly 10 years or so. I thought it was time for a new book. This one I made is so fun and CUTE looking. I love how it turned out. I designed the pages with Photo Shop, printed them out, punched them and added the rings to them. The covers were made with DSP's covering those cardboard pieces that comes with your SU! DSP's. They are too thick, and makes great middle support for covers. Here's how the book turned out. Collage Picture Frame

Aloha n' Howzit Everybody!!! Praying all is well, and that you aren't going too crazy with all that has been going on. Here is a frame given to me by my SiL. I added some Doodlebug Design's "Bits n' Pieces" and decorated this frame. This frame collage consists of pics from my Pineapple Bear's 1st BDay party.

Guest Room Sign

We've got guests that will be staying in our guest room soon, and was inspired to create this sign because a friend of ours had one in her guest room that we stayed at. It says hello to them, and also shares our WiFi PW. So that they have it on right by their bedside, and won't need to keep asking us. LOL!!!! The panda bears are from Kitty Bee Designs. I printed out our info, adhered the print to cut digital images, and laminated. The "family" stand is actually a picture holder I purchased from Fred Meyers.

Coffee K-Cup Holder

Aloha Gang! Sharing a decorated coffee k-cup holder for 2!. I created this holder using Lori Whitlock's K-Cup holder svg file, and then added a stamped image and sentiment from RG Avenue. DSP is from Stampin' Up!

I also created a Crafty Aloha Friday video and hope to be able to share a video once a week again.  It'll be a video of all the created projects I created during the week. Here is the video I posted:

A 3D Project - Day 1

Happy September Crafty Friend!!!

Here's my project...

Sorry about the messy desk, I didn't set up a "studio background" for this project, because it was simply a sample project to share with a friend of mines. Hence the straight cut off on the right eye of the owl. LOL. This cut stands 6" tall, and took about 15 minutes to cut and put all together. This is a cut file from My Scrap Chick. You can add a little bit of yummies in the box part of this project, and use this as a center piece OR door prize.

Things With Wings

Aloha Crafty Friends!!!

The State of Hawaii is under a Hurricane watch. Hurricane Lane is on it's path and the State of Hawaii is in it. Praying that it'll go off course, and head south instead... we have been spared so many times, and was missed. But this one looks like it's coming pretty close to the islands. If anything, if not the hurricane, we will have some of the outskirts of it hitting us. Anyways, if you're not prepared yet, here is a link to the National Hurricane Center, to help you prepare. Check it out, and get going!!! The storm is scheduled to hit us on the eve of Wednesday or morning of Thursday, HST.  Here is the link:

Now... on to my project.... here is an Owl Pillow Pocket created for a dear friend of mines. I filled it with a couple of Miso Soup packets. I do realize that one of my wings doesn't have the white stitches... I took these pictures too early... lol.... But, I did finish it up before giving it to her. :)

This is an SVG Cut File that I got from Lori Whitlock. She's got a bunch of cute files, and they are so easy to put together. I cut this on my eClips machine, using the eCal program. Pieces were adhered on with regular craft glue from WalMart.
