My cards are sold at One Love Ministries Hawaii's Compassion Cafe, located at 670 Auahi Street in Honolulu. All proceeds go towards ministries within our church. God has been SO GOOD to allow me to use this gift n' love for paper, and to be able to share it with those that love handmade products. Please stop by and visit. Hostess Level Set - Gift of Love

Welcome back!!!!  Today, I am sharing with you a card created with one of the Hostess Level stamp sets. However, they refer it to "Stampin' Rewards" now, so, it's the same thing, incase it is confusing.  This stamp set is called "Gift of Love". I always purchase the photopolymer or cling foam sets, never the wood ones anymore, because it saves me a lot on storage space. I love the photopolymer ones as well because for my bible journaling, I can easily stamp the image from the acetate sheet that it comes on. Later, I will share with you how I create with them. :) 

This is a great set to have. Love the flowers... easy n' quick to color because it is a 2-step stampin' set. Easy to line up, because they are see-thru. I used new in-colors on this project.

Got some things to go through before I leave on my trip!!! Got get things DONE!!!! I am also hoping that I have some time to create. My hubby's birthday is tomorrow, and I haven't even made him a card yet. But not like he's big on his birthday. But still... I'm a card-producing factory, but none for it's owner. LOL!!!  Gonna be looking towards this goal to get done. Hope your goals for this week are met as well.....

Aloha 'oe!! Sorry this has taken me so long to post!!  I am 4 days behind scheduled. But Praise God this is a month long challenge... I'll try not to let this happen again, I can only say that it has happened because of my trip. I have been delayed because of my vacation. It sure is HARD to really get back into the swing of things. I have been just moving around lazily. But I need to get going and BOUNCE back!!!  Lord Jesus, please help me in this area. Help me to not be lazy and be motivated for the excitement of life!!! I'm excited what you have in store for me, Lord... please forgive me for my laziness, as I know this is not what you desire, and I should be doing all things that is glorifying unto YOU!!! So, please help me Lord!! In your name I pray... AMEN!!!!

This scripture also is a stamp that is part of the Rose Wonder stamp set. I just love when Stampin' Up! incorporates God's Word as part of any stamp set. This is a great reminder to ME that the Lord is always with me, and that I draw my strength from HIM and HIM alone!!! Thank You, Jesus!!!

But They That Wait Upon The Lord

Aloha!! Sharing a 3 panel card with you all today!! For this card, I used Karen Buriston's Oval Accordion Card Dies. I also used Stampin' Up!'s "Remarkable You" stamp set, and a stamp from Our Daily Bread. I stamped the flowers on watercolor paper, and colored with watercolor paints.

For the middle panel, I simply flicked some ink off of my watercolor paint brush to get the splatter look on the panel.

Alphabet Challenge - Starting Today With The Letter "A"

Aloha All.. and Happy Monday!!  I think it's time that I shall host a challenge again. I have been wanting to host an "Alphabet Challenge" for the longest time. So, I might as well start NOW. Of course, I will have a prize giveaway... this'll be a weekly challenge, so I hope you all will have a chance to play along.


We are starting with the Letter "A" - A is for "A" - It's that simple! Create a project incorporating the letter "A" somewhere on your project. I created a couple of Thank You cards, and the stamp that I used has a big ol' "THANKS!" - and there is an "A" right in there. See how simple it is??

The project I created for this week's challenge is a thank you card for a couple of Pastor's at my church. It was Pastor Appreciation Month in October, and I am totally on Hawaiian time, and finally came around in creating some cards for these men. Here's how they turned out:

The stamp set that I used for these cards are from "One Big Meaning" #139420 (c) #138788 (w). This is a really fun set, with all sorts of "Thank You's", so a Thank You project could be whipped up quickly without really much effort. I know the guys will love their card. 

Oh, I almost forgot to post the prize... here it is! It is an adorable stamp from The Greeting Farm!!

Lawn Fawn's Snow Globe Shaker Card

Aloha and Happy Sunday!!! Yesterday, I got to play with some of the goodies I received in the mail. Here's the haul I received a couple of days ago... 

Look at all the yummies, right??  So I decided to play with the Snow Globe from Lawn Fawn's "Ready Set Snow" set, and "Ready Set Snow Add On Shaker" die cuts. I also used an adorable seal stamp from Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the Snow" stamp set. These stamps are just too CUTE!!!! Love them all... you can see why I don't make a very good Stampin' Up! Demonstrator... I'm always straying... LOL!! But God is good... He gives us FREEDOM in choice, and one of them is to be able to create with ALL things cute out there.

Here is pic of a half-way created shaker card....

I used white beads, blue micro-beads, clear micro-beads and glitter..... yummy!!!

Lawn Fawn's "Let's Roll"

Happy Aloha Friday!!!! After having a Stampin' Up! class, I usually like to "detox" by creating with other company products. I love Stampin' Up! products, but I have so many other stamp company products, that I want to use, but never have a chance to use them, if I keep focusing on the Stampin' Up! products. Yes, I'm not your usual Stampin' Up! demo... I just love to create with all kinds of different stuffs, because there are sooo many cute ones out there, that I can not clearly ignore. LOL!!! 

Well, my detox is Lawn Fawn's "Let's Roll" stamp set. I created some of these cute cards using this set... love how they all turned out. 

I got most of my ideas from cards I seen online. So thank you to those that shared their samples on the web.

October's Stampin' Fun Class

Hello Peeps!! I hosted my monthly card class this past weekend... we made 3 cards each of 4 designs, totaling 12 cards total. Those that attended were able to also create 2 bonus cards. Which was so much fun. I love the fellowship and the food and the fun the ladies and I have together. The Lord just blesses me with those that love to create with paper, and just want to have a blessed time together.

Howzit Tuesday!

Hey All... howzit going? Just wanted to share a few things that are going on this week. I feel like I'm so busy, and yet, I haven't even figured out my class cards! The ideas are bouncing around in my head, but I need to get them down on paper! I recently placed a Stampin' Up! order, and it's scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, so I'm just kinda waiting patiently, waiting til' my adrenaline kicks into overdrive, so that I can get those class kits done.

But there are some other exciting things going on this week! For 1, tomorrow, I will be participating in the Little Scraps of Heaven Design's Halloween Hop. This is a Facebook Hop only, so you need to check it out on Facebook. I'll still post my project here on my blog tho', and will have all the links to everyone's page if you'd like to join us!

The second thing going on this week, is that Stampin' Up! is having a STAMP SALE!!! ALL stamp sets are currently on sale for 15% off, til' this Friday, October 23rd! Today, I have a set of Butterfly cards that I haven't shared with the public yet. These cards were made several months back, and I don't know why I didn't share them, because they turned out so beautiful! I love when that happens. The Lord just speaks to me through the projects that HE allows my hands to use. I'm so very blessed and thankful that HE uses me this way.

I remember now when these cards were made. They were made back in July, the long envelope and it's liner was from July's Paper Pumpkin Kit. I also die cut the butterflies, and then sponged it with black on the edges, and on the body, and then a little bit of red just outside of it's body. I also used some rhinestones on it's body. Well, I better get going and working on some ideas for my Stampin' Class this Saturday. The other things going on is just the transition of moving all my crafts from my dining room to my bedroom, still got some lingering items in the dining room. Got to go through them, and see what I need to sell, and what I want to keep. **Sigh** But I'm just gonna BREATHE n' take each day one day at a time, with Jesus by my side, no can go wrong! Something Sweet For Ya!

Created this card using LSHD's freebie from last week. Every Monday, the owner Tricia comes up with a new adorable cut to share with the entire world!! Here's what I made with last week's freebie!

I used a stamp from Stampin Up! for the sentiment and also a die cut from Stampin Up! for the fancy layer die cut. This one turned out so cute. All of her cuts are SO CUTE!!!

Have a Sweet Birthday!

Aloha all!! Here's another adorable card I created using Little Scraps of Heaven Design's cuts. I created this adorable birthday card using the snow cone cut from "Cool Treats". However, I re-vamped this adorable cut to make it look like a rainbow snow cone, or rather what we here in Hawaii refers to as "Shave Ice". The Rainbow flavor is my son's favorite, and he always gets it. But not only is it with shave ice, on the inside, there is a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and azuki beans, and to top it, condense milk, which we call "Snow Cap". Us locals know how to make the yummiest of treats. If you haven't had this treat, and visited Hawaii, I suggest you come back and try it. You'll be happy that you did!!! 

The stamped sentiment is a Lawn Fawn stamp. Isn't it so CUTE???
