Completed Rolodex with Birthday INFO Card

 Aloha! It's been awhile... I know! I'm so sorry!!! Here is my completed Rolodex with Birthday Info Card adhered to some of the files. In the pink rectangle, would go a pic of the person who's birthday, it is. Just in case I forget how my peeps look like, ya know? No, I'm just kidding, just something a little more personal for me to connect with. I think on the back, I'm going to create another info card on the back showing what gift I purchased for this person. I've also included Anniversaries and my birthday of my Fur Babies... I only finished January thru part of March. I hope I don't take all year to complete this rolodex birthday calendar.

Birthday Rolodex: October November December

 Yay!!! I've finished these rolodex files of the months!!! Now to cut out some regular files to make my calendar complete. These turned out sooo cute!!! I'll  post a pic of the entire rolodex soon... very soon!!!  Hope you're having a wonderful weekend, thus far!! It's Saturday, and we had a crazy wind storm yesterday. Also flood warnings. Snow, then winds and flood... all of that, plus the COLD... BRR!!! Looking forward to warmer days again... hopefully spring will come quickly. :)

Birthday Rolodex: July August September

Happy Aloha Friday!!! 

Here are more months of my Birthday Rolodex. Being able to use Clip Art Die Cuts (is that was these are called? I'm not sure...) makes it soooo much easier to create and finish quicker. I have evolved from using 'just stamps' to using so many other cute and crafty things. And I'm ok with that. :) 

These are almost done... the next step after I'm finished with these is to print out the blank template I created and paste them to regular files that'll be filed in the correct month. Seeing the pics close up has shown me that my eyes have been getting in the way. My eye sight has been getting weaker and gosh darn, I can tell some of these months weren't lined up as good as I wanted them to be. But it's ok... my main thing is that I end up using this calendar and not wasting it just by letting it sit on the side of my shelf, right??

My Melody Tissue

Aloha friends!! Today, I'm sharing with you a box of tissue that I found at Don Quijote Waipahu while visiting Oahu the most recent trip that I went back home. LOL!. When I first so it, I was like, "NO WAAAAAY!!!!", and there was a box that was opened there, so I peeked in and saw that it is the same My Melody design that I love so much. I just had to get it. They also had a box of Hello Kitty tissue, but I thought I would snag it the next time I go. Now some of my friends are saying they aren't gonna have it when I return. Boo! I will need to let my girlfriend know to pick it up for me, the next time they go there. I should've just grabbed it. But my thing is My Melody, and I adore her more than Hello Kitty, unless HK is in Pink! LOL!!! 

Anyways, I opened the box, and used 1 tissue... I wanted to see how 'soft' the tissue was... not as soft as Kleenex, but its soooo cute. It'll be an "ICE" item... you know, "In Case of Emergency" like if I cannot run to the bathroom fast enough to snag me toilet paper to blow my nose, or something like that. If you do decided to go to DQ, please don't buy all the Hello Kitty tissue. I wanna make sure to grab one for myself. Haha! Thank You, in advance!!!

Snow Is Melting

 Yep, snow is starting to melt... but Brrr, it is still so very cold!!! Staying indoors, and not going anywhere, just yet, not only because it's cold, but because the roads are also still so icy n' too slick for us to drive on, since we don't own chains... yet! 

Birthday Rolodex: April - June

Aloha!! Sharing more of my Birthday Rolodex again. 3 months that I am sharing this time are April, May & June. 

What do you think? Die Cut Clipart are from Doodle Bug Designs, and months have  been cut out on my electronic cutting machine. Someone said that the "May" should be in a darker color. Maybe I'll make it in purple instead? Most die cuts again are from Queen & Co. So happy I'm getting these done.

Pineapple Bear Snow Sledding

We got snow the day after Christmas. Beautiful white everywhere.... loved it. But boy was it cold. We took our Pineapple Bear out to sled around in the snow, but this Hawaii Girl cannot stay out in the cold very long. I'd rather not endure the pain. Haha! I wasn't even pulling her, and I was already freezing. I'm glad I was able to capture these photos of her smiling while being pulled. Shortly after taking these pics, it was right back into the house I went, where it was nice and warm and cozy. 

She didn't wanna come back into the house. I tried to reassure her that sand is so much better than snow. I hope she will be able to experience the beaches of Oahu soon.
