Jesus Calling June 6th Decorated Devotional Page

As I was doing my devotions this morning, the Lord wanted me to glorify Him by decorating this page, while spending the time with him. If you love bible journaling, this is just another way of doing that, but within a devotional book. The creativity is unlimited as to what you can do, and what you can decorate in..... Bibles, Devotionals, Old Books.... so many more!!!

In my devotional today, I was reminded that HE filled my world with all these BEAUTIFUL things, and these things are meant to always point me back to HIM. Never away from him!!!

I use Distressed Oxide Inks to decorate this page, and also a feather stamp from Unity Stamp Company.

Galaxy Mixed Media Pages

Aloha Crafty Friends!!!

Hope all is well with you. I have another Mixed Media creation to share with all of you. I created these pages to look like "Galaxy Pages". It was so much fun creating with Pan Pastels at first, then switching over to acrylic paints, because I realized I used a little too much black and covered most of what the galaxy supposed to have been. LOL!!! But all it all, it turned out so pretty n' cool!! I also created a video sharing how I created these Galaxy Pages. I also used an RG Avenue Star Die Cut to create a Stencil that I used on my pages. Here are how my pages turned out. My video is after these pics.

Here are products I used to create these pages:

• Acrylic Paints (Black, White, Blue, Lime Green)
• Pan Pastels (Yellow, Magenta, Teal, Green)
• Star Struck 2-in-1 Die Cuts from RG Avenue
• Gesso
• Modge Podge
• Craft Glue
• Plastic Acetate (I used a backing from one of my RG Stamps)
• Spackle 
• Brother Laser Jet Printer (to print the scripture)
• Sponges
• White Cardstock
• PhotoShop Elements 13

Mixed Media Booklet Cover

Aloha All!!

Hope your week is going well. I am starting to love what I do again (creating), and I'm enjoying the blogging as well. Not sure how many people read my blog, but even if there is just one, I am happy that you are still here! :)

Today, we checked out a mall and found my Wintermelon Milk Tea w/Lychee Jelly!! I was so happy. At this same location, they also had a "Poke" (raw fish section). I go brave and asked the cashier if they were from Hawaii, and YES, they were!!! So awesome to meet other people and "see" familiar faces. Cause, even though I've never met them, their looks look like the people I am used to seeing in Hawaii. So, it was an awesome meeting. We promise to go back again, and get our fill of poke when needed.

Today, I am sharing this video I created of my completed cover of my Mix Media Booklet. In it I share the products I've used and talk about using SPACKLING in place of modeling paste. Everytime I see modeling paste used, I think.... "hmmmm, I wonder if I could use spackling (for dry wall repair) instead", I finally had a chance to purchase a canister, and yay! Got to try it out!! Little C's Christmas Everyday Challenge - Day 3

I was so excited when this arrived in the mail yesterday! Worked on it til' 1am, and then finished it up this morning. It is a Wooden Advent Box that I purchased off of Amazon and decorated with DoodleBug Design Paper. I also did a video... I hope you check it out.
