Happy Blessed Sunday, Gang!!! I colored up these die cuts from Hero Arts' My Monthly Hero Subscription. This was January's subscription. I colored them in with Copic Sketch Markers....

Galaxy Mixed Media Pages

Aloha Crafty Friends!!!

Hope all is well with you. I have another Mixed Media creation to share with all of you. I created these pages to look like "Galaxy Pages". It was so much fun creating with Pan Pastels at first, then switching over to acrylic paints, because I realized I used a little too much black and covered most of what the galaxy supposed to have been. LOL!!! But all it all, it turned out so pretty n' cool!! I also created a video sharing how I created these Galaxy Pages. I also used an RG Avenue Star Die Cut to create a Stencil that I used on my pages. Here are how my pages turned out. My video is after these pics.

Here are products I used to create these pages:

• Acrylic Paints (Black, White, Blue, Lime Green)
• Pan Pastels (Yellow, Magenta, Teal, Green)
• Star Struck 2-in-1 Die Cuts from RG Avenue
• Gesso
• Modge Podge
• Craft Glue
• Plastic Acetate (I used a backing from one of my RG Stamps)
• Spackle 
• Brother Laser Jet Printer (to print the scripture)
• Sponges
• White Cardstock
• PhotoShop Elements 13

Day 16 House

Howdy Crafty Friend,

Day 16 of my Little C's Daily Challenge is "House"... here is an adorable wedding card I made using My Favorite Things die cuts, it was a monthly card kit that I purchased couple months ago. So cute!!! I stamped the word "Congratulations" on the inside of the card. Well, could be a wedding card, or a "New Home" card, right? Either way, it'll work. :)

I sponged the bodies of each bird with Whip Cream color, an RG Inspired ink pad. Also sponged a little of the birdhouse too. :)

Father's Day Cards

I am nearly finished with my misc card order of 50 cards!!! Here are a couple of Father's Day Cards I created, which were CASED off the net. I changed it up a little bit, made it more easier for me to create. I love CASING these cards, because it's inspiring me and helping me create. I used to NOT want to CASE, because I was hoping and praying I'd receive some new ideas to share... but I tell you, thinking up these ideas takes talent and time. LOL!!!  I find that CASING is so much easier, and along the way, you can change it up and make it your own, then it's no longer CASED! :) 

Anyways, I totally appreciate everyone's support and condolences thru email, regarding the death of my Ehu. We were so very blessed to have her as long as we did. God is GOOD!!!!

Last Days of Thoughtful Branches Bundle Promotion

Aloha! We are coming down to the last days of the promotion of "Thankful Branches" stamp set and "Beautiful Branches Thinlit Dies". Tomorrow, August 31st 2016, will be the last day to purchase these products, and then I don't know if Stampin' Up! will be bringing it back later, or not. But I do know that once the promotion ends, you won't be able to get them til' SU! decides to either put into the new catalog (Aug 2017) or never again. I think it's a huge hit, and I think it would make a come back, but you never know what the head of the company will decide. Plus, having to wait til' August 2017? I don't think so. :) 

I've created a video using this set, shared some of the projects I created with it. Not much of them are my own ideas, as I CASE'd them from the web. I hope to make more. But in the mean time, here's the video I came up with:

But They That Wait Upon The Lord

Aloha!! Sharing a 3 panel card with you all today!! For this card, I used Karen Buriston's Oval Accordion Card Dies. I also used Stampin' Up!'s "Remarkable You" stamp set, and a stamp from Our Daily Bread. I stamped the flowers on watercolor paper, and colored with watercolor paints.

For the middle panel, I simply flicked some ink off of my watercolor paint brush to get the splatter look on the panel.

Howzit Tuesday!

Hey All... howzit going? Just wanted to share a few things that are going on this week. I feel like I'm so busy, and yet, I haven't even figured out my class cards! The ideas are bouncing around in my head, but I need to get them down on paper! I recently placed a Stampin' Up! order, and it's scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, so I'm just kinda waiting patiently, waiting til' my adrenaline kicks into overdrive, so that I can get those class kits done.

But there are some other exciting things going on this week! For 1, tomorrow, I will be participating in the Little Scraps of Heaven Design's Halloween Hop. This is a Facebook Hop only, so you need to check it out on Facebook. I'll still post my project here on my blog tho', and will have all the links to everyone's page if you'd like to join us!

The second thing going on this week, is that Stampin' Up! is having a STAMP SALE!!! ALL stamp sets are currently on sale for 15% off, til' this Friday, October 23rd! Today, I have a set of Butterfly cards that I haven't shared with the public yet. These cards were made several months back, and I don't know why I didn't share them, because they turned out so beautiful! I love when that happens. The Lord just speaks to me through the projects that HE allows my hands to use. I'm so very blessed and thankful that HE uses me this way.

I remember now when these cards were made. They were made back in July, the long envelope and it's liner was from July's Paper Pumpkin Kit. I also die cut the butterflies, and then sponged it with black on the edges, and on the body, and then a little bit of red just outside of it's body. I also used some rhinestones on it's body. Well, I better get going and working on some ideas for my Stampin' Class this Saturday. The other things going on is just the transition of moving all my crafts from my dining room to my bedroom, still got some lingering items in the dining room. Got to go through them, and see what I need to sell, and what I want to keep. **Sigh** But I'm just gonna BREATHE n' take each day one day at a time, with Jesus by my side, no can go wrong!
