"T" is for "Tag" & LAST Challenge

Summer is right around the corner, and I will be busy with the family. So, I am so sorry to have to end the games... I had so much fun n' just enjoyed everyone visiting and playing along.

"S" is for "Sweet Treat"

Aloha and welcome back to Fun Cut's Alphabet Challenges!!!! Our winning card from last week's challenge was Cammy's card from Pink Room Therapy Designs:

This week, we are on the letter "S". "S" is for "Sweet Treat" for this week's challenge. So get out your sweet stamps and create with them. Here is how mines turned out - I used a Greeting Farm stamp with an Our Daily Bread Designs Stamps for the scripture.  

 

I colored this image using ZIG Watercolor Pens. Love how these work, still trying to get used to them.

 

On the inside, I stamped; "Happy Birthday", along with some "splatter" stamps from Stampin' Up!.

"R" is for "Rainbow"

Aloha and Happy Monday!!!

It is time for another alphabet challenge. But first, our winner from last week's challenge is Gail Scott and here is her winning card:

Are you ready for the letter "R"??  I have been waiting for this letter R to come up, because I have been wanting to use this set from Stampin' Up!. It is the "Over The Rainbow" stamp set, and it's oh-ver the rainbow SO cute!!!! You can find this stamp set sold on my Stampin' Up! website here, and all you need to do is punch in #138770 in the search box, and you will see the stamp set. 

So here's how my sample turned out:

I used Lawn Fawn rolling hills die cuts to make my rolling hills. The sun and rainbow and sentiment are from the stamp set. The rainbow I colored with my SU! watercolor pens, coloring directly on to the stamp, so that I could have a rainbow of colors.

"Q" is for "Quad"

Aloha and Welcome back to another week of Alphabet Challenges!!! We are on the letter "Q" - again, I am late this week with posting this challenge, only because I was challenged to figure out what "Q" was going to stand for. I finally got the idea late last night, thus I had to create my project this morning!!

Ok, so before we go on to this week's challenge, let's find out who our winner is from last week's challenge. The winner is:

Have an EGGstra Special Day

Aloha All!!! Happy Aloha Friday!!!!  I finally got a chance to work on my challenge project for this week's challenge. Kinda late, but hey, better late than NEVER. :)  So here is my challenge for this week's Fun Cuts Alphabet Challenge. If you haven't joined in on the challenge yet, you can find it here. We are on the letter "P" and the theme is "P" is for "Pink and Polka Dots". All you gotta do is use Pink n' Polka Dots on your project. The dots don't have to be pink, just be sure to add pink on there.  Here is my take on this week's challenge:

I had so much fun working on this project. I created it using Little Scraps of Heaven Design's FREEBIE cut file for the week. I also used The Greeting Farm's clear stamps for the eggs and the sentiment. Worked together perfectly. The cardstock that I used is from Bazzill Basics. The die cuts that I used are the Oval Stiched Die cuts from MFT, and SVG Cuts from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

Aloha Crafty Crafters....

I am so sorry for not posting last week! Our friend's 7 month old baby boy passed away, and I was asked to make some projects for his memorial, so I was working on those, and really had absolutely no time to create anything else. I was blessed to have been asked to help them, but man, it was surely an emotional project to work on.

But, I am back... The Lord has given me that peace of knowing that that baby boy is rejoicing n' dancing around in Heaven, and just being in the Lord's presence, 24/7. Praise God!! Oh and THANK YOU so much to those that sent me messages and left me comments to check on me and see if I was OK.  Now it's back to projects and running this challenge....

FINALLY!!!! I am loving how all the letters are perfectly matching with the month of February, of which when we celebrate Valentine's Day. But I do pray that you are celebrating Love throughout the year, and not just on VDay.

I water colored my image! I also used the masking technique of using liquid mask on the image to mask my forest stamp image behind the foxes. :)

I used one of the robots from Little Scraps of Heaven Design's "Love Bots" cut file set. The foil type paper was something I purchased years ago, and only now trying out. So happy that my eClips cut it with no problems.  I embossed the sentiment... have been embossing lately, and have been loving it!!

It's time for another challenge, and moving along the Alphabet Line. We are now on the letter "C". For this challenge, I decided to go with "C" is for "Circle".  So simple, create your project with an added circle or circles.

• I used a Stampin' Up! circle punch to punch out the corners of my sentiment's rectangular shape, creating it to have a look of a "ticket".
• Ink used for scripture sentiment was Stampin' Up!'s Pacific Point

 

For this week's prize, I am offering up a Christmas stamp set from My Sentiments Exactly! The stamp set is called: "Retro Winter". This is a clear set of 13 stamps. You need an acrylic block to use these. The color of the stamp has gotten a little bit yellow, but does NOT affect the quality of the stamp's image.
