CC Designs & Pretty Pink Posh Creations

Happy Aloha Friday!!! I hope you are doing well. It has been a while since I've posted, so I will be posting a bunch of things to update this blog... probably only going to go back about a month of posting. So please bare with me. If you receive more than 2 or 3 posts within 1 day, I appreciate you reading and scrolling through and catching up with me.

Today, I am sharing with you some cards I created for a card order, and later some Happy Mail that I received. :)

So here are some adorable cards I created using CC Designs Stamps. Oh these doggies are TOOOOOO cute. I have been loving some doggy n' kitty stamps, and CC Designs has the cutest, thus far. I have been chummy with more kitty stamps lately, because my son and DIL has a kitty that they've adopted, and he is called Mochi. I started liking the kitty stamps because of him. Too funny!!!

These next 2 cards were made with stamps from Pink & Main. You know, I've had these stamps for a while now, but I have been mostly a "Collector" of stamps, rather than a user. Until I found a way to store my stamps nicely right behind me, so that I could easily flip through my stamps and grab sets out. Now, I'm gonna try and use these stamps as much as I can!! :)

And again, this is another card that was created using CC Designs (doggie), and the circle hugs scallop frame die cut is from Pretty Pink Posh. YUMMERZ!!! I made this darling shaker card for a dear friend, Kelli Bee, whose precious doggie, Toby went to heaven. We love our fur babies, and they are totally our babies... I will be so sad and heartbroken when my Bella n' Ceasar n' PupPup leaves this earth. So, I just wanted to send her a little comfort n' smile through a hand made card.

That's it for this post.... I may have another one posted. Thanks for reading!!!!

Aloha,
Jen

You Make Me Smile

Aloha and Welcome back my friend.... Yesterday, I spent half of my day with my gf visiting from Las Vegas.  I haven't seen this girl in many years, she visited a couple of times, but we only got to see each other for a brief moment, and then went separate ways.  But this time around, we actually hung out together for a good amount of time.
It was such a blessing to hang out with her, and fellowship.   Here is a pic of us with her grandbabies at Cinnamon's Restaurant in Kailua, HI.  {{Yes Co-Co, this is the same place we all went together.}}  :)

Anyways, today's project I created a card using CC Design's lil' girl holding a tulip.  Such a cute image.  I believe this is a digital image.  The frame cut out is from the Cricut, I believe "Art Philosophy" cartridge. I colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is a Hero Arts stamp. Flowers from All Natural Accents, and that was pretty much it.

May you have a blessed weekend spent with family and friends!!  My shorty has a baseball game today, so keep his team in prayer that they play to honor and glorify the Lord while they play.

Aloha n' Be Blessed....  Jen

Happy Birthday - CC Designs

Welcome back, Monday!!!  How was your Mother's Day celebration, yesterday??  We had such a long rested, day...  it started off with me waking up at 5:30 am (and I was still super tired, because the night before, I went to a dinner with some of my girlfriends from high school).  But when I got up, my lil' one was already awake - and HUNGRY for breakfast!  WHAT???  Yes, so I whipped up some pancake batter, and fried some bacon, and breakfast was done by 7:00.  My hubs woke up, and said, "It's Mother's Day - what are you doing making breakfast?"...  well, I guess I beat him to it, huh?  He should've got up earlier, if he wanted to cook the breakfast.  LOL... Well, by the time I finished my breakfast, I was feeling a bit tired.  Was debating between having a coffee or just lay back down and take a nap.  I opted for the nap.

Here is a pic of the ladies I went out with Saturday evening.  We ate at YogurStory.  A quaint lil' restaurant, that stayed open til' 2 am.  We practically closed out the place.  We had so much fun laughing, and talking stories of what was currently going on in our lives.  We have to plan more nights like those.  :)  There were actually 10 of us, but by the time we took this pic, 1 of the ladies had already departed.  The rest of us, well, we were still up for chit-chatting, and hanging out and asking each other questions, and trying to find out what each of us were up to.  A great refreshing event.

Anyways... today's project is a Happy Birthday card I created using CC Design image.  I can't remember who this card went to.  {{Sorry if you are reading this}}...  That's what I get for not posting right away!!

Ok, so here is the info on my card:

  • Image: CC Designs
  • Colored w/Copic Markers
  • Cardstock, Ribbon and DSP: Stampin' Up!
  • Sentiment on the inside: Daily Bread from J's Knicknacks
Please come back tomorrow for my 1st post as a DT member for Clear Dollar Stamps!!  We have a NEW Release of Digital Images, and they are sooo easy to use!!  I just love digital images.  I am working on 2 cards, I hope I will be able to share these 2 with you, but if not, I have 1 for sure!  LOL...  My lil' boy is home sick with me today, so who knows how the day will go!!

Hope your day is going well, and I pray you have a blessed week in the Lord!!!

Love, Jen
