Note Book For Maria Bell and Happy Mail

This will be my last post for today (Aloha Friday), and then I will continue with catching this blog up with more posts come tomorrow. :) I have to finish up so that I can jump on my treadmill. Here I have a simple note pad that I covered up and gave to Maria as "Nice to Finally Meet You In Person" gift.

Products are from My Favorite Things. Funny, how back in the day, I wasn't a huge supporter of MFT. Now, I just love the stamps and products that they are coming out with. So CUTE and FUN to create with. This stamp set and die cut was part of one of my most recent Happy Mail Hauls. I got the Sunshine Die Cut for FREE since my order was over $60!! Thank You, MFT!!!  I made this note book cover with a flap that created a sweet little pocket. Maybe Maria can use it for a shopping list, and put coupons in the inside pocket. The sun is a shaker part, that I've added some glitter n' sequins to. Just to bring her a little smile through this bright and cheerful cover.

Happy Mail

It was happy mail on Monday....

Received by Backorder from FSJ... can't wait to play with this set!!

Received my order from The Greeting Farm. Most of the stamps in this order were from their March Release, which happened on the 15th. I was very happy to have received my order so quickly!! It arrived on the 19th.

I immediately got started on using some stamps. I am usually one to let my purchases sit, and do nothing with them. This time, I inked these babies up, and colored them with my ZIG Watercolor Pens. I will share with you tomorrow how my project turned out. :)

Happy Mail Wednesday

Happy Wednesday Ya'll!!! Went to the DMV the other morning, and surprisingly enough, my number was called quickly. I don't remember a time that I had to wait so short, it's usually an hour to hour and a half just waiting there. But, Praise God!!! He has allowed such a short waiting time for me to be there, and I was able to finish my business quickly. Oh, but I almost fell down while walking out of the mall. It was wet outside, and they have tile flooring right outside the doors. UGH!! I nearly did the splits. I am glad that the door was able to hold me up. Thanks goodness I'm still a little flexible. LOL!!!!

Anyways, it's a Happy Mail Wednesday today. MFT or My FavoriteThings sent me these yummies. Of course I added them to my cart n' paid for them all... but nonetheless, MFT were still so sweet to have them in stock and send them to me. I am a happy camper. I hope I am able to use these very SOON!!!  Love all the cuteness in each of the stamps n' the dies too!! And because I spent over $60, they've included a FREE die cut, which is the "PEACE" die cut. Thank you, MFT!!!!

I cannot wait to play with these yummies. Hope your hump day is a fabulous one.

Arrival of My Fun Stampers Journey Kit

Oh what fun it is to receive HAPPY MAIL!!!! Here is my Fun Stampers Journey Starter Kit!!!! So excited to receive it today, you don't understand how LOOOOOOONG I had to wait. LOL.... I've placed my order the 1st of July, so excited, but due to the July 4th Holiday, my starter kit probably didn't go out til' the 5th of July. Ho hum... living in Hawaii, you learn to be patient... and stay calm... and remain silent. LOL!!!   So I've waited, and bugged my upline several times, waited again, and finally called the home office and asked them to check on my status and maybe perhaps give me an idea of WHEN my items were arriving. Monday, July 10th, they said.... tracking # provided, and I tracked n' tracked n' tracked.... throughout the weekend. It made it such a LOOOOOOONG weekend at that. LOL!!!

Ohhhh and here is the Platnium Embossing Machine that came with my order....  I ordered the "Platinum Kit" and you will see the different types of kits FSJ offers below....

As you can see, the machine's side panels fold down n' up when you're not using. Great for easy storage, it's like a giant Cuttlebug Machine. Remember those?? The platform size is 8-1/2" wide!!!! Machine weighs approximately 16lbs. and measures 6.9" X 13.5" X 7" (closed).
