Here is a planner I worked on a couple of weeks ago. This is for a week's layout. I don't really have time to decorate each week, but when I have the desire to, I just love decorating with all the cute stuffs!!! These "sticker" looking things are actually FREE printables I found online at PlannerAddiction.com. The adorable bear, mailbox and heart sun are all from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs and Digis. That set is called "Sending With Love".
I cut all images n' pieces by hand. Picture taken before I wrote all my details. It sure is so much fun to write n' fill in the spots. 
I also adhered each piece onto my page using glue.
