Here is the Red Carnation Lei...

This one is the Kukui Nut lei... my hubby said that it looks like the hardest one to do, which infact it was the easiest one to make out of these 3!!
Then the Cigar Lei, which I really enjoyed making....

Way cool, huh?? I had a lot of fun making the Cigar Lei. The Carnation Lei took me the longest to make, and the Kukui Lei was the easiest. These were probably the easier leis in the book that I choose to create. It was well worth the time to make as well, to be able to bless my brother n' sister in Christ with these leis.
I am entering these projects to the following challenge(s):
- Craft Your Passion Challenge - "Anything Goes - Ribbons"
- Ribbon Carousel Challenge #23 - "Anything Goes - Ribbons"
- Cas-ual Fridays Challenge #22 - "Feeling Loopy"
Have a great day!! Oh yea, don't forget to come back tomorrow to check out my project that I created for the Guest Designer spot I have on Purple Funtastick Creations!!! See ya then!!!
Aloha,
Jen

ReplyDeleteI think these are absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for sharing the pictures!
ReplyDeleteJen, these are gorgeous.... My favorite was the carnation one.... I saw some of these at a Bazaar on Maui a few years back and loved them there too, so much so I bought a couple. They do look like a challenge to make but when finished, well worth it. I hope you will consider doing a tutorial/video on how they are made.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing your wonderful creativity......
Love all the leis you made Jen. You did a really good job. I like the kukui nut one the best. Maybe you could surprise me with one one day. I hope that you are doing well. God bless!
