Well, let's just get to the fun!! Winner of yesterday's Blessing was:
Ofcause
you don´t feel like 40. I´m almost 55 now, and I still feel like I´m
15, except from some stupid bones, butr hey, one at 15 can also have
some weak bones, it has nothing to do with age right? ha ha ha.
I admit, I´m not too keen on any cakes, but preffer some exiting special types of bread with cheese or some kind of desserts instead, so I could make some fromages or icecream or anything ,like that instead of cakes, so it´s NOT because I wount eat anything sweet he he he.
Congrats to Deb for winning yesterdays prize, and thanks to you Jen for the chance here. You are so generous. Hope the rest of the week will be really fun and exiting too.

Congrats to Maryann, and thanks Jen for yet another wonderful chance at your Birthday Candi. My favorite Birthday memory has to be my 20th birthday, when the love of my life came for a visit and proposed to me and plus he bought some cake and ice cream and me celebrated. Sweet and wonderful memories.

Congrats to Day 1 & Day 2 winners! Well, I've never really thought about it, but I would have to say when my MOM made me a surprise 40th Birthday Party at her house. I didn't suspect a thing and was totally surprised with all my family being there to celebrate. She said she wanted to do it because I had thrown her 2 surprise parties, one at her house and one at my house.

WOUW I won!!! I am soooooooooooo overwhelmed to win such an awesome prize here, thank you so sooo much. Then I better go and see, if I can find your e-mail here and send you my adresse.
ReplyDeleteMy favorit birthday is very very easy to remeber, cause it was quite some years ago, when my youngest son was about 10 or 11 years old, and he had just started to deliver newspapers and got his very first paycheck, which wasn´t very much, but anyway he spend almost all of it on 2 small vases for me and was so proud, when he gave them to me. I just never forget his favce, when he brought me that gift, bought for his own earned money. He´s 32 now and I still have those 2 small vases, and they really means a lot to me. Have a wonderful day everyone.
I can't imagine celebrating for three days! I don't even do one day or minute. I don't like cake. Or sweets. I do like nuts. All kinds of them.
ReplyDeleteMy fav birthday memory is of hepling my mom make the party favors. We always made up a bag for every guest and it included bubbles, a oloring book and a brand new box of crayon!! And a little bit of candy for some extra fun. I remember picking out which coloring book would go to which friend and thinking it was so special
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great birthday week!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite birthday was my nineth birthday! It snowed like a ton of snow and we had a sledding party with half the town there. We had cake, hot chocolate drinks, and tons of laughs. I also got a cabbage patch doll name Gretchen which I still have that my daughter will play with soon!
