My Daily Digital Scrapbook Page: Lil' Ceasar Kickin' Back

Here is my daily digital scrapbook page for today. My lil' Ceasar's birthday was actually yesterday (he turned 4 years old!!). So, here's a page I made of him. I am trying to get into the feel of how to make *great* digital pages, so I am casing when I see something I like. I loved how the elements were used by the original creator of this page.
