Aloha Crafty Friends!! Welcome to another TechNeat Tuesday Challenge. Today, I am challenging you to:

1) Color Modeling Paste

2) Use it with a Stencil to create a pretty background

3) Glitterfy it!!!

Here is my sample card...look at the background, that is what I used the modeling paste for.
